Adobe Audience Manager


Adobe Audience Manager is a data management platform, allowing marketers to build audience profiles, segment, and advertise across channels more effectively. The integration leverages call intelligence to augment the data available in AAM for segmentation and lookalike modeling.
  • Call intelligence data posts as a trait in AAM.
  • Associate call outcomes with the user in AAM, so retargeting can be optimized based on the context or outcome of a phone call.

Capture the AAM cookie ID

Configure the RingPool to capture the AAM cookie ID. 

1. In Invoca, navigate to the Campaign and click the "RingPools" tab. 
2. Add or edit the RingPool.
3. Be sure to include the aam_uuid as a pool parameter.

Important Note: 
You must implement the Web Integration Code on your site.

Create a Webhook in Invoca 

1. From the account level to integrate, select Integrations.
2. Find Webhooks and select "Get Started".

3. Add a post-call webhook.

4. Name your webhook.

5. Choose the Advertiser or Campaign.

6. Select the desired firing rule. 

- To send calls, it is recommended to fire on "All calls". 
- To send conversions, it is recommended to fire on "Sales from calls" (conversion reporting must be enabled and implemented).

7. Select "GET" as the webhook format.

8. Invoca uses the DCS API to get call data to AAM. Use the following template to configure the Webhook URL:<dynamic_number_pool_referrer_paramX_value>&c_event=inboundcall&c_customName1=customValue1&c_customName2=customValue2

Pro tip:
If conversion reporting is enabled and implemented, it is recommended to pass reason code and any product level information that is posted back to Invoca.

Create Traits in AAM

To associate users with call-based Traits, create a Trait Rule in AAM. 

As an example, let's say Invoca sends a webhook with c_event=inboundcall and c_outcome=Sale. To associate the AAM user with a "Converted" trait, build an expression based rule that looks for a Key of c_event == "inboundcall" and a Key of c_outcome == "Sale".
