How do I add Promo Numbers to my Campaign?

Fixed or static promo numbers are accessed and assigned at the campaign level. Depending on the type of campaign, instructions vary. For example, if the campaign is a "Publisher Promotion", promo numbers are added at the Publisher's campaign page.


To add a promo number
 to a Direct Advertiser Promotion,
  1. From the Advertiser's Manage Campaigns page, search for and select the campaign.

  2. From the Campaign Summary tab, select the "Direct Promo Numbers" Tab.

  3. Click "Add Toll-Free Number" to add a toll free number or click "Add Local Number" to add a local number.

  4. Indicate the media type associated with the number, and provide a brief description. Using these fields helps to segment the calls received within and across campaigns as they are both available in reporting.

  5. Click Save. A new phone number displays. The number is unique to the campaign, and you may start promoting and driving phone calls to that number.


To add a promo number to a Publisher Promotion or Syndicated Promotion campaign,
  1. From the Publisher View Campaigns page, search for and select the campaign. 

  2. From the Campaign Summary tab, select the Promo Numbers tab.

  3. Click "Add Toll-Free Number" to add a toll free number or click "Add Local Number" to add a local number.

  4. Indicate the media type associated with the number, and provide a brief description. Using these fields helps to segment the calls received within and across campaigns as they are both available in reporting.

  5. Click Save. A new phone number displays. The number is unique to the campaign, and you may start promoting and driving phone calls to that number.
