Dashboards are available at the Network or Admin, "Advertiser" and "Publisher" account levels. (The account type labels "Advertiser" and "Publisher" are customizable and may be named differently on your platform in order to better reflect your business model.)
The Dashboard tiles dynamically update based on the date range selected.
To move a tile, hover on the title bar of the tile until the cross arrow icon appears. Click and drag tile to the desired location.
To close a tile, hover on the title bar of tile and click 'x'.
To add or restore a tile, select Actions, found in the upper-right portion of the Dashboard.
The Vital Stats tiles displayed varies based on if the Payout feature is enabled or disabled on your platform.
Vital Stats panel displays:
- Calls: The number of end-to-end calls across all campaigns with and without commissions. Does not include web conversions.
A Call is defined as a phone call reported in the platform. Each time a user places a call and is connected through Invoca (despite how often it transfers), one call occurs.
- Commissions Paid: (Payouts enabled only) The amount of commissions paid out.
- Commissions Earned: (Payouts enabled and Publisher Dashboard only) the amount of commissions earned.
- Conversion Rate: (Payouts enabled only)
The percent of converted calls out of all payable calls.
- Average Total Duration (Payouts disabled only)
Average total duration of all calls. Includes any time spent in an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) tree before transferring to the call center.
- Average Connection Duration (Payouts disabled only)
Average connect duration of all calls. Connect duration is the elapsed time of a call from the moment call is transferred out of the Call Treatment or IVR to destination phone number.
Recent Calls by Location
"Recent Calls by Location" map shows where callers are located based on the Caller ID, or, if available, the user input region. Use the drop-down to select and view calls in United States or Canada. Click on the +/- buttons to zoom. Locations with more calls will have larger dots. Hover over a circle to see the number of calls in that area.
"Advertisers" is a customizable account type label, therefore, it may labeled differently on your platform. Think of the Advertiser as the campaign owner.
"Top Advertisers" displays summary call data for the top 5 Advertisers. Users can toggle between "All Calls" and "Paid Calls". Supporting report detail can be accessed by clicking on a bar or the "View all" link.
"Publishers" is a customizable account type label, therefore, it may named differently on your platform. Think of the Publishers as the campaign promoters. It can also be used to denote another marketing segment.
"Top Publishers" displays summary call data for the top 5 publishers. Users can toggle between "All Calls" and "Paid Calls". Supporting report detail can be accessed by clicking on a bar or the "View all" link.
Advertiser, Publisher, Campaign Stats
Three tiles are available in order to report call volume and performance by Advertiser, Publisher and Campaign. Stats Tiles are also helpful in identifying any performance issues and provide a way to quickly manage outstanding tasks.
Tile data is displayed in a table format and data can be searched and sorted. Drill-down available in order to see additional detail or take action on a result displayed. For example, on the Advertiser Stat tile, quickly approve publishers that have applied by clicking on the value under the Applied Publisher's column.
AdWords Tiles (available for customers using the Invoca for AdWords integration)
AdWords tiles provide summary call data for calls received from paid search efforts. Powerful controls allow you to view results by AdWord Campaign, Ad Group, Ad and Keyword. Tiles include:

AdWords Top Keywords
Top Campaigns (available on Advertiser and Publisher Dashboards only)
"Top Campaigns" displays summary call results for the top 5 campaigns. Users can toggle between "All Calls" and "Paid Calls". Publisher Dashboards provide a "Payout" view option as well. Supporting report detail can be accessed by clicking on a bar in the chart or the "View all" link.
Top Call Source (available on Publisher Dashboard only)
"Top Call Source" displays summary call results for the top 5 sources. Users can toggle between "All Calls","Paid Calls", and "Payout". Hovering on a bar displays the source detail, including promo number and description. Supporting report detail can be accessed by clicking on a bar in the chart or the "View all" link.
