Conduct a Test Call

In the Campaign Summary tab, Call Treatment panel, click "Test Call".

Enter your phone number and click Call. 

Note that US platforms do not support test calls to destinations outside of Canada or the US. Additionally, test calls to Hawaii or Alaska are not supported unless the platform has been enabled for Alaska and Hawaii destination numbers support. 

The system calls the phone number entered. Answer the phone and follow the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) prompts to confirm the call treatment is setup as intended and the call is routed to the correct destination number.

Review test calls in reports

Hover on Reports and choose either "Overview" or "Transaction Details", depending on the desired level of granularity. For test calls, the reported Source is "Test Call" and the Call Result is "Test".

Test calls appear in the Number Usage report but are not billed.
