Transaction Details Report Column Definitions

Columns defined below that contain the word "Advertiser" may display differently depending on how campaign owners are defined in the platform. See Advertiser Also Known As.

Columns defined below that contain the word "Publisher" may display differently depending on how campaign promoters are defined in the platform. See Publishers Also Known As.

The following columns are available in Transaction Details. Use the column selector control to add or remove columns to a report.



Call Start Time -  Start date and time of call, displayed in the user's designated time zone.

Transaction ID - A unique ID representing a transaction recorded on the platform. Each "call" on a campaign can result in multiple transactions.

Type - Transaction type, including: Call, Reported Conversion. Reported conversion can represent a sale or other user-defined conversion reporting event.

Order ID -  For transaction Type "Reported Conversions", it is the Transaction ID of the original transaction. Same as Transaction ID for Transaction Type "Calls". 

Advertiser - Advertiser name. 

Advertiser Campaign - Campaign name. 

Publisher ID - ID assigned to publisher account.  This ID can represent the ID associated to the publisher on another, integrated platform.

Publisher - Publisher name. 

Publisher Commissions Ranking - Network ranking of publisher's commissions. See View and Report Network Rankings for additional information.

Publisher Volume Ranking - Network ranking of publisher's call volume.

Publisher Conversion Rate Ranking - Network ranking of publisher's conversion rate. Calls are considered converted based on the payout criteria defined for the campaigns to which the publisher drove calls.

Media Type - Promotional method tied to the promo number, such as: Mobile: Search, Online: Email, Pooling (RingPool), Call Promotion, etc..For "Reported Conversions" it is the media type of the original transaction. The media type is specified by users and is not verified.

Source - Source of the transaction, usually the Promo number. It can also be "Bundled" for a transaction occurring from a bundle or "Test Call" for transactions occurring from a test call.

Promo Number ID - Promo Number ID from the network. Used if the network is integrated with Cake.

Call Result - Transaction status. Includes: Advertiser Promo Number, Affiliate Call, Advertiser Suspended, Repeat, Repeat Partial Payment, ClickToCall, Paid and Not Paid.

Earned - Amount paid in by advertiser. 

Paid - Amount paid out to the publisher.

Margin -  Difference between Earned and Paid amount.

Fees - Telecommunications fee associated with transaction. Applied only when there is per-call or per-minute pricing.

Advertiser Fees - Advertiser Telecommunications fee associated with transaction. Advertiser fees are set in the Advertiser Account.

Matching Advertiser Payin Policies - List of advertiser pay in policies that matched in order to earn the advertiser pay in (Earned). Matching policies are separated by "+". For example,"base+bonus1+bonus3". 

Matching Publisher Payout Policies - List of publisher payout policies that matched in order to earn the publisher payout (Paid). Matching policies are separated by "+". For example, "base+bonus2". 

Payout Conditions - Publisher payout condition results. Base conditions that were not met are highlighted red. Bundle transactions display "Bundled".



In the example above, the call was received in region, but the duration was not over 1 minute.

Payin Conditions - Advertiser pay in condition results. Base condition that were not met are highlighted red. Bundle transactions display as "Bundled".

City - City where transaction originated. This is based on caller ID unless the verify region condition is used in the IVR, in which case the verified city is reported.

Region - State, province or country where transaction originated. This is based on caller ID unless the verify region condition is used in the IVR, in which case the verified state is reported.

Qualified Regions - Regions that the call transaction matched. Regions are defined in the campaign wizard: Target Region step. 

Repeat Caller - Repeat caller condition. Values include, Yes, No, No: Unavailable (caller ID not available), No: Shared (call received from known shared number). 

Caller ID - Caller ID associated with transaction. This is the caller's ANI. For "Call" or "Reported Conversions" it is the originating caller's caller ID.

Phone Type - Type of phone, including: "Landline", "Mobile" or blank if type is unknown.

Total Duration - Duration of the call. Includes any time spent in an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) tree before transferring to the call center.

Connected DurationThe elapsed time of a call from the moment call is transferred out of the IVR to destination phone number.

IVR Duration -  Call time spent in the IVR.

Keypresses - List of all keys pressed during call.

Key 1 - 4 - Lists the key pressed by order. For example, Key 3 lists the third key that was pressed.

Traffic Source - Search engine or referring domain tied to online referral. Only reported when using RingPools to attribute online campaigns to calls.

Keywords - Search query terms. Or paid keyword if you are using Invoca for Adwords. Requires the use of RingPools.

Pool Param Name and Values 1 - 10 - Custom Parameter Name and Values. Only reported when using RingPools to attribute online data to calls.

Search Type
  • Paid: Search engine was used, and a paid ad was clicked in order to reach the landing page.

  • Organic: Search engine was used, and a search results link was clicked in order to reach the landing page.

  • Non-Search: Either direct traffic to the landing page, or caused by a missing referrer, sometimes due to referral support being disabled in the browser.


Search Type is only available when using RingPools to attribute online campaigns to calls.


Pool Type - RingPool type. Values include  "Search", "SearchKeyword", "Custom", or "Search+Custom".

Call Start Time (UTC Timestamp)Start Date and time of call, displayed in Unix Timestamp Converter (UTC) format.

Recording - Call recording. Only available when calls are set to record in Call Treatment.

Corrected At - For transaction corrections, the date and time the transaction was corrected. 

Opt In SMS - Indicates if a caller opted to receive an SMS promotion during the call treatment.

Call Record ID - Unique identifier for the call associated with the transaction. The Call Record ID associates all the transactions related to a call. Use this field to trace one call across bundled and syndicated campaigns.

Transfer Type - Campaign call source type, such as: Advertiser Direct, Publisher Direct, Publisher Call Promo, Bundled Transfer, Syndication, and Test Call.

Notes - Free form notes field available for each account type: Network, Advertiser and Publisher. Users with a "Super" role can enter and view notes by their account type only. For example, a publisher's notes for a transaction are not visible to advertiser users and visa versa.  

Verified Zip Code - The ZIP code entered by the caller. Only available and captured on campaigns with the "Verify Location of Caller" node in the call treatment or IVR.

Email Address (Reported) - Customer Email address as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Name (Reported) - Customer's name as reported from the call center.  For Conversion Reporting only.

Address (Reported) - Customer's street address line 1 as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Address 2 (Reported) Customer's street address line 2 as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

City (Reported) Customer's city as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

State or Province (Reported) - Customer's state as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Zip Code (Reported) - Customer's state as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Country (Reported) Customer's country as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Home Phone (Reported) - Customer's home phone as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Cell Phone (Reported) - Customer's cell phone as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Reason Code - Call center-specific status code reported from the call center to provide the disposition or wrap code of the call. For Conversion Reporting only.

SKU List - List of order SKUs sold as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Quantity List - List of order quantities sold as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Sale Amount - Total order amount (not including shipping) as reported from the call center. For Conversion Reporting only.

Call Center Call ID - The unique identifier assigned to the call by the call center. For Conversion Reporting Only.

Destination Phone Number - The call center phone number where the call was transferred. Destination Phone Numbers are established in the campaign wizard: Call Treatment step. This column is useful if a Call Treatment IVR transfers to multiple destinations.

Signal: Name (1-10) -  User defined Signal Name. Column identifies if the signal was met, not met, is being processed or was not applied to the call.
